Steamed Salmon Filets

  • pounds salmon filet
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 large lemons sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ cup white wine
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar


  • Add the onions, lemon, garlic and white wine to the cooker.
  • Lay the salmon on top, skin side down. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle on the dill and sugar.
  • Lock the lid in place, bring to high pressure. Stabilize the pressure and cook for 7 minutes on High. Thicker filets will take longer to cook.
  • Release the pressure and serve.
