Hard Boiled Eggs
Servings: 6 servings
Place the eggs in the holes of the egg rack or into a steamer. Add the water to the cooker.
Lower the egg rack into the cooker (if using a steamer basket, place a trivet in the cooker and place the steamer with the eggs onto the trivet). Close and lock the lid.
For electric pressure cookers or multi-cookers, pressure cook on HIGH for 9 minutes.
For stovetop pressure cookers, pressure cook on HIGH for 6 minutes.
Once the cooking time is done, release the pressure and open the lid.
Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for about 3 minutes. Once they are cooled to your liking you can peel and enjoy!
