Servings: 5 cups
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 cup brown sugar light
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- whipped cream
- mini marshmallows
Add the first 3 ingredients to the inner pot. Press Simmer function and stir until sugar dissolves for about 2-5 minutes.
Add milk and keep stirring until hot for about 7-10 minutes, but not boiling.
Add vanilla and spices just before serving.
Ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream and mini marshmallows (optionally).
