Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 cup brown sugar light
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ΒΌ tsp nutmeg

Optional

  • whipped cream
  • mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Add the first 3 ingredients to the inner pot. Press Simmer function and stir until sugar dissolves for about 2-5 minutes.
  • Add milk and keep stirring until hot for about 7-10 minutes, but not boiling.
  • Add vanilla and spices just before serving.
  • Ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream and mini marshmallows (optionally).
