1 Skillet plus induction cooktop
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 15 oz. chickpeas drained
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 Tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne optional
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper optional
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat up the oil and garlic over medium heat.
- Mix together the honey, sriracha, salt, pepper, cayenne, and crushed red pepper in a bowl.
- Add in the chickpeas and the sauce mixture and bring to a simmer.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce begins to thicken and reduce.
- Remove from heat and let cool to allow the sauce to continue to thicken, about 3-5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
