Steamed Salmon Filets
Add the onions, lemon, garlic and white wine to the cooker.
Lay the salmon on top, skin side down. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle on the dill and sugar.
Lock the lid in place, bring to high pressure. Stabilize the pressure and cook for 7 minutes on High. Thicker filets will take longer to cook.
Release the pressure and serve.
