Ingredients
- 1¼ pounds salmon filet
- 1 large onion sliced
- 2 large lemons sliced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ½ cup white wine
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
- Add the onions, lemon, garlic and white wine to the cooker.
- Lay the salmon on top, skin side down. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle on the dill and sugar.
- Lock the lid in place, bring to high pressure. Stabilize the pressure and cook for 7 minutes on High. Thicker filets will take longer to cook.
- Release the pressure and serve.
