- 4 cups water
- 1 1-1/2 pound lobster
- Seaweed optional
- Seasoning optional
Instructions
- Put 4 cups of water in a 6 quart or larger pressure cooker.
- Add seaweed and seasoning to the bottom of the cooker (if desired), then place the lobster on top of the seaweed. Close cooker, bring to HIGH pressure, and cook lobster for 3 minutes.
- When cooking time is up, release pressure using the quick release method. Open cooker, and enjoy!
