Ingredients
- 6 cups brewed coffee
- 4 cups milk 2% or whole
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ¾ cup canned pumpkin not pumpkin pie mix
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Whipped cream if desired
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except whipped cream topping in the cooking pot. Mix with whisk until well combined.
- Close and lock the lid of the multi-cooker and set the regulator knob to STEAM. Use the SLOW COOK function on HIGH for 2 hours.
- Serve in mugs, and top with whipped cream topping.
