- 1 cup pearled farro
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
Instructions
- Add the farro, water, and salt to the removable pot and stir. Close and lock the lid and set the pressure valve to the PRESSURE position.
- Pressure cook on HIGH for 7 minutes. When time is up, turn the cooker off and allow the cooker to naturally release pressure for 7 minutes.
- After sitting for 7 minutes, turn the pressure valve to release any remaining pressure and open the lid.
- Drain any excess water and serve.
