Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup pearled farro
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the farro, water, and salt to the removable pot and stir. Close and lock the lid and set the pressure valve to the PRESSURE position.
  • Pressure cook on HIGH for 7 minutes. When time is up, turn the cooker off and allow the cooker to naturally release pressure for 7 minutes.
  • After sitting for 7 minutes, turn the pressure valve to release any remaining pressure and open the lid.
  • Drain any excess water and serve.
