Pressure Cooker Apple Cider
- 10 apples
- 1 orange
- 2 slices of lemon
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp cardamom optional
- Quarter the apples and oranges and place them in the inner pot of the multi-cooker. Add lemon and spices and cover with water.
- Close and lock the lid of the multi-cooker and set the regulator knob to PRESSURE. Set the timer for 10 minutes on Pressure Cook High.
- When done, release the pressure naturally.
