Instructions
- Spray the egg bites mold with cooking spray.
- Crack one egg into each well of the egg bites mold, making sure not to break the yolk. Do not place the lid on the egg bites mold.
- Add 1 cup of water to the cooker.
- Place the egg bites mold on a trivet or cooking rack and lower it into the cooker.
- Close the lid and set the valve to the PRESSURE position. Pressure cook on HIGH for 2 minutes.
- After the cooking time is done, leave on the Keep Warm function for 2 additional minutes.
- Release the pressure and carefully remove the cooking rack.
- Carefully remove the poached eggs from the egg bites mold, we recommend using a small silicone spatula to release the sides and then invert the mold onto a dish.
