- 2 slices pita bread
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 pinch salt kosher
- 1 pinch oregano
- 1 pinch onion powder
- Cut each pita slice into as many triangles you would like. Place them on the cooking trays.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Dip a pastry brush in the bowl and brush onto both sides of the chips; make sure the slices are evenly coated.
- Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes. Swap tray positions halfway through.
- Put chips in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and toss. Serve once cooled.
