- 3 cups milk
- 3 cups strong coffee
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract or to taste
Instructions
- In a multicooker, combine the milk, coffee, sugar, vanilla, and peppermint. Mix well and close the lid.
- Make sure the valve is set to the STEAM position and Slow Cook on LOW for 2 hours. Do not let the mixture boil!
- Once it's hot, you can switch to the WARM setting and taste; add additional sugar and/or mint if needed.
- Ladle into glasses or mugs and top with whipped cream, crushed candy canes, peppermint sticks, or whatever garnishes you’d like.
