Penne Vodka Sauce
Sauté the onions and garlic in butter on high heat. Stir in the can of tomatoes, vodka, basil, and heavy cream.
Close and lock the lid of the cooker and set the regulator knob to STEAM. Set the timer for 4 hours on LOW 35 minutes before the cooking time is over, remove the lid of the cooker and add in the penne pasta and water thoroughly mix them together. Place the lid back on and allow the pasta to cook for the remaining time.
Once the timer is up, combine the grated cheese and serve warm.
