Parmesan Roasted Broccoli
- 1 pound fresh broccoli
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- Cut broccoli into medium-sized pieces.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cheese, olive oil, salt, and minced garlic.
- Add the broccoli to the bowl and toss till evenly coated.
- Spread across the trays.
- Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes. Swap the trays positioning halfway through.
