Orange-Flavored Candied Yams
Peel the yams and cut them into round pieces. Pour the orange juice into the cooker.
Arrange the yams in the silicone steamer basket and sprinkle with salt, brown sugar, and orange zest. Place small amounts of butter all over the top.
Lower the steamer into the cooker, close and lock the lid. Bring to HIGH pressure and cook for 7 minutes (or 13 minutes at LOW pressure).
When done, release the pressure and remove the lid. Carefully lift out the basket with the yams. Transfer them to a serving dish.
Boil down the sauce until thickened and pour over the yams.
