Ingredients

  • cups onion diced
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • ½ pound chicken boneless, skinless, diced
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in the cooker.
  • Close and lock the lid and set the regulator knob to STEAM. Set the timer for 8 hours on slow cook LOW.
  • When done, open lid and serve.
