Ingredients
- 1 cup millet
- 1 cup cauliflower chopped
- 1 onion medium to large, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash millet well; drain. Place in pressure cooker. Add cauliflower, salt, pepper and onion. Add 2 cups water and stir.
- Bring to a boil and close the lid. Bring pressure cooker to high pressure. Stabilize and cook for 15 minutes. Release pressure and remove lid. Mash using a potato masher or transfer to food processor. Serve hot.
