  • 6-8 ounces kale leaves about 1 bag
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  • Rinse the kale and pat dry with a paper tower to get rid of excess moisture. Cut the kale into 2-inch pieces and remove any stems.
  • Mix together the oil and the spices in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Spread the kale pieces on the cooking trays and lightly brush with the oil mixture. Try not to put too much oil on the leaves, the kale should be lightly and thinly coated.
  • Cook at 350°F for 7-8 minutes. At the 4 minute mark, swap the racks positioning.
  • When done remove from the air fryer and allow to cool. You can sprinkle with salt before serving if desired.
