Hard Boiled Eggs
Place the eggs in a steamer basket or cooking rack. Add the water to the cooker and place a trivet inside.
Lower the egg basket onto the trivet. Close and lock the lid.
For electric pressure cookers or multi-cookers, pressure cook on HIGH for 9 minutes.
For stovetop pressure cookers, pressure cook on HIGH for 6 minutes.
Once the cooking time is done, release the pressure and open the lid.
Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for about 3 minutes. Once they are cooled to your liking you can peel and enjoy!
