- 13 ounces coconut milk 1 can
- 3 cups water filtered
- 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
- 3 whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- Pinch ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Add the coconut milk, water, turmeric, cloves, cinnamon sticks, ginger, and a pinch of black pepper into the removable cooking pot and stir to combine.
- Close and lock the lid and pressure cook on HIGH for 15 minutes. When time is done, turn off the cooker and let the pressure naturally release.
- Open the lid and remove the cinnamon sticks and cloves. Add the honey and mix well. If you used unsweetened coconut milk, you may want to add more honey for a sweeter flavor.
- Ladle into mugs to serve.
