  • 2 russet potatoes about 1 pound once cut
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • teaspoons freshly parsley minced (optional)


  • Cut the potatoes into fries and soak them in cold water for at least 1 hour.
  • After an hour, take them out and pat them dry until there is no residual moisture.
  • Put the cheese, oil, salt, garlic, and pepper in a bowl. Gently toss the potatoes in the mixture.
  • Place the fries on two trays making sure they do not overlap. Put the trays in the air fryer.
  • Cook at 400°F for 30-35 minutes. Swap the tray position halfway through.
  • Sprinkle the fresh parsley on the French fries and serve.
