- 2 russet potatoes about 1 pound once cut
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1½ teaspoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1½ teaspoons freshly parsley minced (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into fries and soak them in cold water for at least 1 hour.
- After an hour, take them out and pat them dry until there is no residual moisture.
- Put the cheese, oil, salt, garlic, and pepper in a bowl. Gently toss the potatoes in the mixture.
- Place the fries on two trays making sure they do not overlap. Put the trays in the air fryer.
- Cook at 400°F for 30-35 minutes. Swap the tray position halfway through.
- Sprinkle the fresh parsley on the French fries and serve.
