- 1/4 pound fresh baby octopus
- virgin olive oil as needed
- sweet paprika as needed
- hot paprika as needed
- coarsely ground sea salt as needed
Instructions
- Wash the octopus thoroughly. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in the pressure cooker.
- When the water is boiling, add the octopus to the pot. Cover, lock the lid in place, and bring to HIGH pressure. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Release the pressure, drain the pot and place the octopus on a cutting board. Cut into bite size pieces.
- Place the octopus in a bowl. Season to taste with sea salt, sweet and hot paprika, and sprinkle liberally with olive oil.
- Serve immediately.
