  • 12 ounces salmon 2 fillets
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt kosher
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 slices lemon


  • In a small bowl, mix together the pepper, salt, and olive oil.
  • Brush the mixture on the side of the fish that is skin-free.
  • Place the fish on the tray with the skin side down.
  • Cook at 390°F for 12 minutes.
  • Serve each fillet with a slice of lemon.


Tip: Pairs great with roasted asparagus!
