- 1 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 1 teaspoon salt kosher
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 slices lemon
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the pepper, salt, and olive oil.
- Brush the mixture on the side of the fish that is skin-free.
- Place the fish on the tray with the skin side down.
- Cook at 390°F for 12 minutes.
- Serve each fillet with a slice of lemon.
