  • 1 cauliflower head cut into bite-size florets
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • cups milk
  • cups bread crumbs
  • Cooking spray


  • In a medium bowl, whisk flour, spices, and salt and pepper.
  • Add almond milk and stir until the batter is creamy and thick, but still easy to dip cauliflower into.
  • Place the bread crumbs in a separate bowl.
  • Dip florets into batter mixture, allowing any excess off, then toss in the breadcrumbs.
  • Working in batches, spray the cooking trays with cooking spray, place coated cauliflower on top, and spray with cooking spray.
  • Cook at 400° for 15 minutes, stopping halfway through to toss or flip and spray with more cooking spray.
  • Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
