Crispy Brussel Sprouts
- 14 ounces Brussel sprouts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt kosher
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
- Cut the Brussel sprouts in half.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Add the Brussel sprouts to the bowl and toss till evenly coated.
- Roast them at 350°F for 25 minutes.
