  • 3 ears of corn each cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray


  • Clean the ears of corn and cut them in half.
  • Spray the frying basket with cooking spray.
  • Coat the corn with the butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook on 400°F for 10-12 minutes. Flipping halfway. Work in batches to not overcrowd the basket.
