  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp. coconut flour
  • 1 cup dried coconut unsweetened
  • 1 egg white
  • 12 raw shrimp large


  • Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Mix dried coconut and panko breadcrumbs together in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Mix coconut flour and all-purpose flour in a different bowl. Set aside. Beat egg white in a third bow. Set aside.
  • Dip shrimp into flour mixture, then into egg white, and then into coconut mixture. Place into frying basket in a single layer. Repeat with remaining shrimp.
  • Place frying basket in cooking vessel and close the lid. Set temperature to 350°F and set time to 10 minutes. Turn shrimp halfway through cooking process.
