In a small bowl, whisk the pecans, cinnamon, and brown sugar. In a blender, blend well all wet ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients, except for confectioner’s sugar, to the blender and blend well until smooth and creamy.
Lightly spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Pour half of the batter into the pan. Sprinkle half of the pecan mixture on top, pour in the remaining batter, and then topped with remaining pecan mixture.
Cover the baking pan with foil and place it into the cooking pot over a trivet.
Close the air fryer lid and cook for 35 minutes at 330˚F. When done, unmold from baking pan, dust with confectioner’s sugar if desired, and serve.
