  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips or bars, finely chopped
  • 2 pounds fresh strawberries stems attached

  • Thoroughly wash strawberries and pat completely dry with a paper towel. The dryer the better! Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Place the chocolate in a medium saucepan and melt using the Melt function on your induction cooktop. (If you do not have an induction cooktop, or if your induction cooktop does not have a Melt function, you will need to use a double boiler.)
  • Heat for about 2 minutes, stirring often making sure not to burn the chocolate. It should not go over 120˚F.
  • Once most of the chocolate is melted, remove the saucepan from the cooktop.
  • Dip the strawberries one at a time into the chocolate. Hold the strawberry by the stem, dip into the chocolate, and let the excess chocolate drip back into the saucepan. Place the dipped strawberry onto the prepared baking sheet and repeat with remaining strawberries.
  • If the chocolate starts to cool too much, place it back on the induction cooktop to warm.
  • Chill the strawberries in the refrigerator until the chocolate sets, about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
