Ingredients
 
 

  • 1⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup dark brown sugar
  • ½ stick unsalted butter softened
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Line tray with foil. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Add in the yolk, egg, and vanilla extract.
  • Add in the dry mixture, a little at a time.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop the dough into golf ball-sized balls (about 1 oz). Place on the trays.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 3 minutes.
  • Bake for 14 minutes at 350°F. Switch the trays positioning with each other at the halfway mark.
  • Transfer to a plate or a wire rack to let the cookies cool.
