- 1⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup dark brown sugar
- ½ stick unsalted butter softened
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line tray with foil. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Add in the yolk, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add in the dry mixture, a little at a time.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough into golf ball-sized balls (about 1 oz). Place on the trays.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 3 minutes.
- Bake for 14 minutes at 350°F. Switch the trays positioning with each other at the halfway mark.
- Transfer to a plate or a wire rack to let the cookies cool.
