  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • cup soy sauce
  • cup worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 2 tablespoon chili garlic sauce optional


  • Trim all visible fat from the chicken breast and slice into strips at least ¼" thick.
  • Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a ziplock bag and mix well.
  • Add sliced chicken breast to the marinade in the ziplock bag and marinate for at least 6 hours or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  • After marinating, remove the chicken from the refrigerator.
  • Place the strips on the cooking trays, letting the excess marinade drip off. Leave space between the strips for air to circulate.
  • Dehydrate for 4-6 hours depending on desired doneness.
