- 1 lb chicken breast
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 2 tablespoon chili garlic sauce optional
Instructions
- Trim all visible fat from the chicken breast and slice into strips at least ¼" thick.
- Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a ziplock bag and mix well.
- Add sliced chicken breast to the marinade in the ziplock bag and marinate for at least 6 hours or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
- After marinating, remove the chicken from the refrigerator.
- Place the strips on the cooking trays, letting the excess marinade drip off. Leave space between the strips for air to circulate.
- Dehydrate for 4-6 hours depending on desired doneness.
