  • 4 cups cauliflower florets about 1 head
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Stir butter, Buffalo wing sauce, and egg white together in a large bowl.
  • Mix panko breadcrumbs with salt and black pepper in a separate bowl.
  • Toss cauliflower florets in Buffalo wing sauce mixture until completely coated.
  • Working in small batches, toss coated cauliflower in panko breadcrumbs until coated.
  • Spray the frying basket with cooking spray. Arrange coated cauliflower in a single layer in the basket, working in batches.
  • Cook at 375°F for 15 to 17 minutes. Cook 15 minutes for firmer cauliflower and 17 minutes for softer. Repeat with remaining cauliflower.
