- 4 cups cauliflower florets about 1 head
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 3 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Stir butter, Buffalo wing sauce, and egg white together in a large bowl.
- Mix panko breadcrumbs with salt and black pepper in a separate bowl.
- Toss cauliflower florets in Buffalo wing sauce mixture until completely coated.
- Working in small batches, toss coated cauliflower in panko breadcrumbs until coated.
- Spray the frying basket with cooking spray. Arrange coated cauliflower in a single layer in the basket, working in batches.
- Cook at 375°F for 15 to 17 minutes. Cook 15 minutes for firmer cauliflower and 17 minutes for softer. Repeat with remaining cauliflower.
