Ingredients
- 1½ cups water
- 2 pounds potatoes peeled and sliced into 1” pieces
- 8 ounces broccoli florets only
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove minced
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded, optional
Instructions
- Add the water and potatoes in an even layer to the cooker. On top, sprinkle the broccoli florets.
- Close the lid and set the valve to the pressure position. Pressure cook on HIGH for 5 minutes.
- When time is up, release the pressure and open the lid. Sprinkle in the salt and the raw garlic. Mash and serve with a sprinkling of cheddar cheese if desired.
