Toss the blueberries in a little bit of flour to coat them. Set aside.
Mix the sugar, egg, yogurt, and flour in a bowl. Cut the vanilla bean in half, scrape the seeds from the inside and add into the mixture.
Using a hand mixer on low speed, mix for 5 minutes.
Add in the baking powder, and then turn up the speed, carefully add in the blueberries.
Spray two small 6-well muffin pans with cooking spray. Fill each well 2/3 full.
Preheat the air fryer to 325°F for 2 minutes. Then bake each pan separately for 18 minutes.
Let the muffins cool and lightly sift powdered sugar over the tops.
