  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup beer
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter melted


  • Using a fine mesh sifter, sift flour into a large bowl.
  • Carefully pour beer into flour a little at a time to avoid over foaming and mix.
  • Add melted butter and mix.
  • Pour the mixture into the silicone baking dish. Cover with a paper towel and then cover with aluminum foil.
  • Pour 2 cups of water into the removable cooking pot.
  • Place the covered baking dish onto a trivet or cooking rack and lower it into the cooker.
  • Close and lock the lid. Pressure cook on HIGH pressure for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
  • When the time is done, turn the cooker off. Allow pressure to naturally release for 10-15 minutes. Do not manually release pressure.
  • Once the pressure has come down enough to unlock the lid, carefully open the lid and lift the baking dish out of the cooker.
  • Uncover the baking dish and let it sit to cool. Once it has cooled sufficiently, you can release it from the mold and enjoy.
