Using a fine mesh sifter, sift flour into a large bowl.
Carefully pour beer into flour a little at a time to avoid over foaming and mix.
Add melted butter and mix.
Pour the mixture into the silicone baking dish. Cover with a paper towel and then cover with aluminum foil.
Pour 2 cups of water into the removable cooking pot.
Place the covered baking dish onto a trivet or cooking rack and lower it into the cooker.
Close and lock the lid. Pressure cook on HIGH pressure for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
When the time is done, turn the cooker off. Allow pressure to naturally release for 10-15 minutes. Do not manually release pressure.
Once the pressure has come down enough to unlock the lid, carefully open the lid and lift the baking dish out of the cooker.
Uncover the baking dish and let it sit to cool. Once it has cooled sufficiently, you can release it from the mold and enjoy.
