- 3-4 lb. bone-in beef short ribs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup red wine
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Season the short ribs with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over high heat and sear the ribs on all sides.
- Add the broth, wine, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to the multi-cooker and mix well. Add the ribs to the multi-cooker.
- Please the rosemary sprig on top of the ribs and close the lid. Set the valve to the STEAM position and slow cook on LOW for 6 hours.
- When done serve with some of the cooking sauce and mashed potatoes (optional).
