  • 3-4 lb. bone-in beef short ribs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup red wine
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary


  • Season the short ribs with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over high heat and sear the ribs on all sides.
  • Add the broth, wine, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to the multi-cooker and mix well. Add the ribs to the multi-cooker.
  • Please the rosemary sprig on top of the ribs and close the lid. Set the valve to the STEAM position and slow cook on LOW for 6 hours.
  • When done serve with some of the cooking sauce and mashed potatoes (optional).
