  • 2 lb chicken wings
  • 4 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dry thyme
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • Cooking spray


  • Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel and place them in a large bowl.
  • Add the baking powder, paprika, thyme, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and toss until evenly coated.
  • Spray the Sizzle Tray with cooking spray, arrange the wings in a single layer on it, and close. Working in batches if needed.
  • Cook at 380°F for 17-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the temperature near the bone reads at least 165°F. Repeat with remaining chicken.
  • Transfer all cooked wings to a large bowl; add 2/3 cups of BBQ sauce and toss to coat.
  • Place chicken back on the Sizzle Tray in the air fryer basket and close it. Cook at 350°F for 5 minutes.
  • Move chicken back into the previous bowl and coat with remaining BBQ sauce to serve.
