Ingredients
- 1 rack baby back ribs about 2 pounds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- BBQ sauce of choice as needed
Dry Rub Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons salt kosher
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dark brown sugar
Instructions
- Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel, cut into four sections, and brush olive oil all over.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dry rub together. Apply all over the ribs.
- Evenly place the ribs on one tray on the second rack position from the bottom.
- Cook the ribs in the air fryer at 350°F for 35 minutes. Time does depend on the thickness of the rib.
- After the 35 minutes, brush with BBQ sauce and cook the ribs for 5 more minutes at 400°F.
