Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 rack baby back ribs about 2 pounds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • BBQ sauce of choice as needed

Dry Rub Seasoning

  • 2 teaspoons salt kosher
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dark brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel, cut into four sections, and brush olive oil all over.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the dry rub together. Apply all over the ribs.
  • Evenly place the ribs on one tray on the second rack position from the bottom.
  • Cook the ribs in the air fryer at 350°F for 35 minutes. Time does depend on the thickness of the rib.
  • After the 35 minutes, brush with BBQ sauce and cook the ribs for 5 more minutes at 400°F.
