  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices whole wheat bread
  • 2 avocados

Everything Bagel Seasoning Mix:

  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 ½ teaspoons black sesame seeds
  • 1 ½ teaspoons minced dried garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoons flaked sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper


  • Place the whole eggs in the frying basket.
  • Cook at 400ºF for 14 minutes.
  • Place the eggs in an ice bath once cooking is complete and let them cool.
  • While the eggs are cooling, toast the bread with the air fryer lid for 6-8 minutes depending on desired darkness. Work in batches so the basket is not overcrowded.
  • Peel the eggs once they’ve cooled enough to handle.
  • Cut the eggs into slices. Mash the avocado to your desired consistency.
  • Spread the avocado onto the toast and place the egg slices on top.
  • Combine all the spices for the everything bagel mix and sprinkle as much as needed onto the top.
