Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 avocados
Everything Bagel Seasoning Mix:
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 ½ teaspoons black sesame seeds
- 1 ½ teaspoons minced dried garlic
- 1 ½ teaspoons flaked sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place the whole eggs in the frying basket.
- Cook at 400ºF for 14 minutes.
- Place the eggs in an ice bath once cooking is complete and let them cool.
- While the eggs are cooling, toast the bread with the air fryer lid for 6-8 minutes depending on desired darkness. Work in batches so the basket is not overcrowded.
- Peel the eggs once they’ve cooled enough to handle.
- Cut the eggs into slices. Mash the avocado to your desired consistency.
- Spread the avocado onto the toast and place the egg slices on top.
- Combine all the spices for the everything bagel mix and sprinkle as much as needed onto the top.
