- 1¼ cup chickpeas cooked
- ½ lemon juiced
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 1 avocado
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until it has reached the desired creamy consistency. You can adjust the consistency by adding more water if you’d like.
- Served in a small bowl with pita bread, chips, or veggies.
