  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons water

  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper


  • Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until it has reached the desired creamy consistency. You can adjust the consistency by adding more water if you’d like.
