Slice the avocados and set aside.
Put the flour into a bowl. Fill a different bowl with the milk.
In a third bowl, combine the salt, cumin, smoked paprika, and breadcrumbs.
Roll the avocado slices in flour. Then dip each one in the milk.
Gently roll the avocado slices in the breadcrumb mixture. Lightly press in the bread crumbs to ensure they stick.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 2 minutes.
Spread the avocado slices evenly on the trays and cook for 16 minutes.
Flip the fries halfway through the cooking time to achieve golden crispy fries.
