Ingredients
- 3 medium avocados
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
Instructions
- Slice the avocados and set aside.
- Put the flour into a bowl. Fill a different bowl with the milk.
- In a third bowl, combine the salt, cumin, smoked paprika, and breadcrumbs.
- Roll the avocado slices in flour. Then dip each one in the milk.
- Gently roll the avocado slices in the breadcrumb mixture. Lightly press in the bread crumbs to ensure they stick.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 2 minutes.
- Spread the avocado slices evenly on the trays and cook for 16 minutes.
- Flip the fries halfway through the cooking time to achieve golden crispy fries.
