  • 3 medium avocados
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Slice the avocados and set aside.
  • Put the flour into a bowl. Fill a different bowl with the milk.
  • In a third bowl, combine the salt, cumin, smoked paprika, and breadcrumbs.
  • Roll the avocado slices in flour. Then dip each one in the milk.
  • Gently roll the avocado slices in the breadcrumb mixture. Lightly press in the bread crumbs to ensure they stick.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 2 minutes.
  • Spread the avocado slices evenly on the trays and cook for 16 minutes.
  • Flip the fries halfway through the cooking time to achieve golden crispy fries.
