Mix the ground turkey, pork, eggs, breadcrumbs, ginger, and cilantro together in a large bowl.
Using your hands, roll out approximately 20, medium-sized meatballs.
Using the SAUTÉ function, heat the oil in the cooker. Brown the meatballs in batches, without overcrowding the pot. Add more oil as needed.
While meatballs are browning, mix the sauce ingredients together, making sure to dissolve the cornstarch.
After all the meatballs are browned, add the sauce to the cooker. Close the lid and set the regulator knob to the STEAM position.
Set the cooker to the SLOW COOK function on LOW for 2 hours. When done, serve the meatballs with scallions and sesame seeds for garnish.
