  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonaise
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • cup parmesan
  • Dill fresh or dry, to taste
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts
  • 1 garlic clove minced


  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  • In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese until fully combined.
  • Mix in artichoke hearts and dill to taste. Place in a greased baking dish (8” x 8” or smaller).
  • Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until the top layer is brown.
  • Serve hot with crackers, chips or bread.
