- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonaise
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1¼ cup parmesan
- Dill fresh or dry, to taste
- 1 cup artichoke hearts
- 1 garlic clove minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese until fully combined.
- Mix in artichoke hearts and dill to taste. Place in a greased baking dish (8” x 8” or smaller).
- Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until the top layer is brown.
- Serve hot with crackers, chips or bread.
