- 4 slices bread
- 2 slices cheddar cheese or more if desired
- 3 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Spread butter on both sides of each slice of bread.
- Lay a slice of bread on the cooking tray. Top with a slice of cheese and place another slice of bread on top of cheese.
- Cook sandwiches at 380˚F for 4 minutes. When done, flip the sandwiches over and cook at 380˚F for another 4 minutes. For a more toasted sandwich, increase temperature to 400˚F.
- Serve with chips or tomato soup.
